The Chameleon
By using lines and shapes, I will depict how a chameleon can blend in and stand out based on its needs. I experimented with how to create closure and to show the details of the chameleon using negative space.
Research
Traits: Color-changing skin, independently moving eyes, long sticky tongue, grippy feet and tail, slow and swaying movements, camouflage, solitary behavior, torrent-shaped eyes, quiet and patient.
